Italians are losing an estimated 22 billion euros annually to gambling, a sum equivalent to a financial maneuver, according to the fourth edition of the 'Black Book on Gambling' report. The report was compiled by CGIL, Federconsumatori, and Fondazione Isscon in collaboration with Federconsumatori Modena.
