ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) division bench on Wednesday set aside a 2022 judgment by then-chief justice Athar Minallah declaring the Pakistan Naval Farms and Pakistan Navy Sailing Club along Rawal Lake illegal.
