Isabela bridge reopens to light vehicles a year after collapse
The Cabagan-Sta. Maria Bridge in Isabela, Philippines, has reopened to light vehicles, a year after a segment of the bridge collapsed due to overloading. Public Works Secretary Vince Dizon led the reopening.
