Irish Judge Urges Tusla to Consider Special Care Order for Missing Boy

An Irish judge has urged Tusla, the Child and Family Agency, to urgently consider a special care order for a missing teenager, for whom an emergency care order was previously secured after he 'completely destroyed' his home.
