Ireland's Population Reaches 5.5 Million, Under-14s Fall Below 1 Million

New figures from the CSO show that Ireland's population has risen to 5.5 million, but the number of individuals under 14 years old has fallen below 1 million for the first time since 2014, alongside a 12% decrease in immigrants.
