Insee Study Shows Slight Rise in Newborns Receiving Both Parents' Names in France
An Insee study published on July 16th indicates a slight increase in France, with 15% of newborns in 2025 receiving both parents' names, a trend more pronounced among unmarried couples (22%) and female couples (60%).
