Inquest Hears Recommendations from 2021 Death in Custody Remain Unimplemented

An inquest has heard that recommendations made following a death in custody in 2021 have not yet been implemented. The deceased, Geoffrey Byrne, collapsed in a Criminal Courts of Justice cell after requesting medication.
