Indian Supreme Court Rules Use of Swear Words Alone Does Not Amount to Obscenity

The Indian Supreme Court has ruled that the mere use of abusive language or vulgar expletives does not, by itself, constitute obscenity under Section 294 of the Indian Penal Code.
