Đilas Sees Opportunity for Change in Upcoming Serbian Local Elections

Dragan Đilas, President of the Party of Freedom and Justice (SSP), believes there is a possibility for a result leading to change in the local elections in 10 municipalities on March 29, though he doubts the current government would accept it.
