IEA Backs Norway in Arctic Oil Dispute, Urges EU Reconsideration

Fatih Birol, head of the International Energy Agency (IEA), has sided with Norway in the Arctic dispute, urging the EU to reconsider a ban on oil and gas exploration in the region, stating the world needs every drop of Norwegian oil.
