IDF to Punish Soldiers for Filming Bound Gazan Citizen

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced it will punish soldiers responsible for filming and distributing a video showing a Palestinian man in Gaza who was blindfolded and tied to a broomstick with zip ties.
