Icelandic Official Urges Serious EU Accession Negotiations

An Icelandic official has advised that if a country decides to negotiate with the EU, it must be well-prepared and negotiate seriously. The official warned that if a country does not negotiate earnestly, the EU will not take its flexibility options seriously.
