IAEA Announces Local Ceasefire Around Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Plant

The International Atomic Energy Agency has secured a temporary local ceasefire around Ukraine’s Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant to facilitate urgent repairs to a critical external power line. Both Russian and Ukrainian forces have agreed to the truce to ensure nuclear safety during the maintenance work.
