Hurricane Lowell Triggers High Wind and Rain Alerts for Hawaiian Islands
The National Hurricane Center warns that Hurricane Lowell is generating sustained winds up to 195 km/h and could dump up to 35 cm of rain on Kauai and neighboring islands.
