Hungarian Competition Authority Fines Allegro for Misleading Price Guarantee

The Hungarian Competition Authority (GVH) has fined the Polish online retailer Allegro 42.5 million forints for a misleading price guarantee. The guarantee did not apply to all webshop prices or all purchases as advertised.
