HSP BiH Alleges Slaven Kovačević's Candidacy Violates Dayton Agreement

The Croatian Party of Rights of Bosnia and Herzegovina (HSP BiH) has sent an open letter to US Embassy Chargé d'Affaires John Ginkel, claiming that Slaven Kovačević's candidacy grossly violates the Dayton Agreement and urging protection of BiH's constitutional order.
