High Court Rules Panel Meeting to Assess Enoch Burke's Dismissal Will Proceed

The High Court has ruled that a panel meeting to assess teacher Enoch Burke’s dismissal will go ahead, despite his request for an injunction until a decision is reached on another part of his dispute with Wilson’s Hospital School.
