High Court Rules Child of Mentally Ill Woman Lawfully in State Care

The High Court has ruled that a child of a woman with severe mental health issues is lawfully in State care. The judge heard that Tusla, Ireland's child and family agency, has ongoing serious concerns about the mother’s mental health.
