Helsinki Committee: Attack on Arsenijević and Commemoration Obstruction Reflect State Policy

The Helsinki Committee for Human Rights in Serbia has asserted that the attack on writer Vladimir Arsenijević and the obstruction of a commemorative event are indicative of the same state policy.
