Heat Waves Pose Greater Risk to Dutch Psychiatric Patients

Doctors in the Netherlands are warning that psychiatric patients are particularly vulnerable during heat waves, according to psychiatrist Phebe Kraanen of Dutch mental health provider Arkin.
