HCMC plans $1.1B project to transform Saigon River waterfront

Ho Chi Minh City is set to renovate a stretch of land alongside the Saigon River with a $1.1 billion project, which will include parks, public squares, underground facilities, a pedestrian bridge, and cultural amenities.
