Haradinaj Sets Conditions for Open Balkan, Warns of Serbian Influence

Ramush Haradinaj stated that Kosovo would only join the "Open Balkan" initiative if Serbia recognizes its independence, recalling his past imposition of a 100% tax on Serbian goods. He also warned that Serbia is attempting to divide Kosovo from its security allies.
