Greek SYRIZA Party Introduces Bill to Repeal Current Bankruptcy Law and Restore Private Debt Relief Framework

The opposition SYRIZA party has tabled a legislative proposal in the Greek parliament to abolish the current bankruptcy law introduced by the ruling party and reinstate the previous private debt restructuring mechanism known as the Katselis Law.
