Grainne Dillon's Killer Challenges Transfer Refusal to Portugal

Paolo Nascimento, who murdered 24-year-old trainee manager Grainne Dillon in Limerick in 2002, is challenging the refusal of his request to be transferred to a prison in Portugal.
