Governor Arlekar Aids Unconscious Man Near Kerala Lok Bhavan

Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar rushed to the aid of a man who fell unconscious near Kerala Lok Bhavan while the Governor was leaving his official residence for Onam celebrations.
