GNR Arrests Couple Suspected of Robbery and Kidnapping in Sines

A man and a woman have been arrested by the GNR on suspicion of robbing, kidnapping, and assaulting a 29-year-old woman in Sines. The victim, who knew one of the suspects, reported the incident.
