The Ghana Integrated Aluminium Development Corporation (GIADEC) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) worth €300 million with DANIELI & C. OFFICINE MECCANICHE S.P.A. The agreement aims to develop an aluminium foil plant in Tema.
