Ghana's NRSA Affirms Right to Record Police Interactions
Kwame Koduah Atuahene, Director of Regulations, Inspections and Compliance at Ghana's National Road Safety Authority (NRSA), has stated that motorists stopped by police during traffic-related interactions have the right to record the encounter on their mobile phones for evidence.
