Ghana's Debt Servicing Falls Below 20% of Revenue, Says Finance Minister

Ghana's Finance Minister, Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson, announced that the country has successfully reduced the proportion of national revenue allocated to public debt servicing to below 20 percent.
