Ghana's Auditor-General has flagged GH¢38.99 billion in financial irregularities, with only GH¢12.72 billion recovered, according to a PAC Vice Chairman. In response, Davis Opoku has proposed implementing AI auditing and a contract portal to enhance public financial accountability.
