Reconsider termination of Zoomlion contract; assemblies are not ready to take over – Nitiwul tells Local Gov’t Minister

The Chairman of Parliament's Assurances Committee, Dominic Aduna Bingab Nitiwul, has called on the Minister for Local Government, Chieftaincy, and Religious Affairs, Ahmed Ibrahim, to reconsider the decision to terminate Zoomlion Ghana Limited's waste management contract, arguing that Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Assemblies (MMDAs) lack the capacity to take over the responsibility.
