German Court Sides with Former Büdingen Mayor in Damages Dispute
The city of Büdingen sought over 50,000 Euros in damages from its former mayor, Erich Spamer. However, the administrative court in Giessen ruled in favor of the former communal politician, stating he does not have to pay.
