German Court Rules AfD Cannot Be Labeled Unconstitutional Organization
A court in Cologne has ruled that while there is 'strong suspicion' of unconstitutional aspirations within the AfD party, there is insufficient 'unequivocal evidence' that these aspirations apply to the party as a whole, particularly regarding its 'remigration' concept.
