Gardaí Arrest Youths, Seize E-Scooters in Response to Grand Canal Greenway Hijackings

Gardaí in Ireland arrested two youths and seized e-scooters and electric bicycles suspected of being stolen or used in robberies, in response to hijackings along the Grand Canal Greenway.
