Fugitive from Velika Gorica stole a 7-year-old boy's bicycle and fled in handcuffs; Grandmother: 'He froze from fear'
A fugitive (47) who escaped from police officers from the County Court in Velika Gorica was arrested last night in a cafe in Zagreb. During his escape, he stole a bicycle from a seven-year-old boy in front of his friends.
