FTC and Coalition of States Sue Amazon Over Alleged Ad Price Manipulation

The U.S. Federal Trade Commission and more than 20 state attorneys general have filed a lawsuit against Amazon, accusing the e-commerce giant of deceiving advertisers through hidden fees and manipulated pricing structures. The complaint alleges the company unlawfully extracted billions of dollars from third-party sellers.
