FSB arrests alleged Ukrainian agents for plotting Moscow attack and espionage

Russia's FSB has arrested alleged Ukrainian agents, accusing one of spying on trains carrying petroleum products at a Moscow railway station and surveilling government buildings in the capital, while others were accused of plotting attacks.
