Tim Curry saved LA home from demolition in 1993; it later sold for $7.5m

Tim Curry’s historic Los Feliz home has come under offer for $7.5 million, just hours after the actor’s death at 80. Curry bought the 1922-built property for $650,000 in 1993 and spent years restoring its original details. The Spanish-inspired residence was later owned by stars including Robert Pattinson, Jim Parsons and Aaron Paul.
