French Parliament Adopts 'Benjamin' Amendment for Alcohol and Drug Checks at Sea

One year after a tragedy in Arcachon, French deputies have adopted the 'Benjamin' amendment, allowing for alcohol and drug checks at sea, championed by MP Sophie Panonacle and supported by the parents of young Benjamin Mano.
