French artist transports dismantled 'Broken Eiffel Tower' sculpture to Burning Man festival

A sculptor from western France has shipped a massive 26-ton replica of a fractured Eiffel Tower across the Atlantic to be displayed at the annual Burning Man arts festival in the Nevada desert.

A French artist from Saint-Malo-du-Bois in the Vendée region has taken a sculpture known as the “Broken Eiffel Tower” all the way to the United States. The 26-metric-ton structure was dismantled piece by piece to be shipped from the port of Le Havre before being reconstructed at the Burning Man festival in the Nevada desert. Caitlin Brown reports
