Freelance Author Wins Copyright Case Against German Newspaper
Journalist Werner Rügemer successfully sued the "Berliner Zeitung" in court, asserting that the newspaper could not alter his article without his consent. The Cologne Regional Court ruled that the changes constituted a violation of his copyright.
