France to Invest in AI, Reduce Dependence on US Technology
France's Prime Minister Sébastien Lecornu announced that the country's General Directorate for Internal Security will cease cooperation with US AI company Palantir, as France plans to invest 655 million euros in artificial intelligence development to reduce its reliance on US technology.
