France Seeks to Try Ex-Police Officer for Double Homicide

France is seeking to try Cédric Prizzon, a 42-year-old former police officer suspected of double homicide, who has been in preventive detention in Guarda, Portugal, since March. Both victims and the suspect are French nationals.
