Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and French President Emmanuel Macron have adopted a Joint Declaration outlining a roadmap for Ukraine's acquisition of Rafale fighter jets, SAMP/T NG air and ballistic missile defense systems, as well as licensed production in Ukraine of missiles for the systems, SCALP cruise missiles, and Aster 30 interceptor missiles.
