Four Arrested for Mobile Phone Theft at Rock In Rio Festival

Four individuals have been placed in preventive detention for stealing mobile phones at the Rock In Rio festival; three suspects were identified at the venue, with two caught in the act and a third found later with the fourth suspect in their car.
