Paragraf 363 síce bývalému vyšetrovateľovi Romanovi Stahlovi nepomohol. Za to vládna novela trestných kódexov, ktorú presadil v parlamente aj Tibor Gašpar, na Stahlov prípad myslela. Ten sa nedávno pridal k obžalobe v Očistci.
