Former Partizani President Testifies Against Rama in Court

Albert Xhani, the former president of the "Partizani" sports club, testified in court against former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, his son-in-law Jamarbër Malltezi, and other defendants, claiming that Rama was responsible for the lack of sports facilities.
