Former Minister Zappone Appeals Bessborough Apartment Plans

Former Minister for Children, Katherine Zappone, sent a letter of appeal to An Coimisiún Pleanála, stating that efforts to locate burial grounds at the Bessborough site were insufficient in relation to plans to build apartments there.
