Former Irish Defence Forces Officer Accused of Misconduct After Apprentice's Suicide

A tribunal heard that a former Defence Forces officer allegedly gave an apprentice an unwanted haircut and forced another to swallow a cigarette butt, with the officer later writing he did not wish to become a 'scapegoat' after an apprentice's suicide.
