Former Civil Service chief launches autobiography ‘The Bureaucrat’

Former Head of the Civil Service, Dr Alex Glover-Quartey, has launched his autobiography, 'The Bureaucrat', with a call for greater attention to the role of public servants and the importance of preserving the country’s institutional history.
